University hospital rejects college student who collapsed from cardiac arrest right in front of him

A student collapsed due to cardiac arrest on the Chosun University campus in Gwangju, and while time was running out, the emergency room at Chosun University Hospital, located 100 meters away, refused to accept the patient.
