Why South Korea maintains neutrality between Russia and Ukraine

One cub visits the Yasukuni Shrine, where war criminals from Japan’s colonial rule exist, and the other cub meets North Korea’s Kim Jong-un, the main enemy, and aggroes them by saying that we will provide them with weapons in case of emergency.

The actions of these bastards are so stupid. In the case of the Republic of Korea, it is virtually neutral between Ukraine and Russia. The Japanese have a lot of conflict with Russia due to the Kuril Islands, so they are active in supporting Ukraine.

They are competing to see who is really a bastard, but I think Ukraine is an asshole and Russia, which is close to Kim Jong-un, is even more of an asshole. The conclusion is that they are both bastards from the perspective of the Republic of Korea.
