[Breaking News] Concord sales halted and full refund decided

Sales of Concorde will be halted immediately while we determine the best way forward, and we will be offering full refunds to all gamers who purchased the game for PS5 or PC. If you purchased a game for PlayStation 5 from PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, we will refund your original payment method.

Customers who purchased from other digital stores can also receive a refund. More information about refunds from Steam and Epic can be found below:

Steam Store – Players who purchase games from the Steam Store will be refunded within a few days. Once your refund has been processed, Steam will send you a refund confirmation.

Epic Games Store – The Epic Games Store will issue refunds to players who purchased the game in the coming days and will contact each customer directly to confirm that their refund has been processed.

Other Retailer Refunds – For customers who purchased a physical product directly from a non-PlayStation retailer, please refer to the retailer’s refund process to obtain a refund.

Once the refund is completed, the player will no longer be able to play the game.

* Refunds for PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct purchases may take 30-60 days to appear on your bank statement. If your original payment method is unavailable, your purchase will be refunded to your PSN Wallet.
