Uncertain business conditions have resulted in hiring plans at large companies being at their lowest level in over a decade.

According to a survey by HR tech company Incruit, only 35.0% of large domestic companies have confirmed their hiring plans.

This figure is a whopping 43.8 percentage points lower than the same period last year (78.8%).
