Japan has developed politically, culturally, economically, and technologically for 100 years, so it is stuck like the Galapagos ecosystem and everyone has no will to live hard. It seems to be because of the lack of land, lack of resources, and abundant human resources, but the country is so dynamic based on democracy that it has never been this noisy, and diplomacy has nothing to gain from Japan regarding North Korea.
