Andong electric car taxi, emergency situation in a fire!

According to the Gyeongbuk Fire Department on the 19th, a report was received at 5:28 pm the previous day about smoke coming from an electric vehicle taxi parked in a residential area in Yongsang-dong, Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

The dispatched fire extinguishers completed safety measures in about two hours by submerging the electric vehicle in a dedicated water tank.

It is known that the electric vehicle in question was manufactured by a domestic company and that it has been approximately two years and one month since the owner purchased it.

A fire official said, “It was not a fire situation as only smoke came out of the electric vehicle.”
