Until last year, the number of employed people had steadily decreased.
It suddenly increased significantly this year.
Last year, 3,157 people were hired -> 4,245 people were hired this year, an increase of over 1,000 people.
The reason for the increase is that starting in September of this year, schools across the country will begin operating Neulbom Classrooms (which provide care for students in the early morning and late evening), so teachers are needed to work at times other than the existing regular working hours.
