(1)Since the shortage of manpower is severe in the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents, it is natural to work regular hours for pregnant women, except 12 weeks before delivery 12 weeks before pregnancy And since I’m in my highest year, I’m only on duty in the intensive care unit, not in the general ward I can’t sleep and I can’t eat cup noodles on time, let alone prenatal education Since the resident is not on shift, he will work on regular duty from 7am when the on-call ends Even if I’m sick, I can’t dream of going on sick leave, and I’ve been working with the IV and the pole Because there are many severe pediatric patients here, as a resident, they experience pediatric code blue once or twice a week and experience the death of more than two children a month Last month, I performed CPR on a patient who had cardiac arrest in the emergency room for 50 minutes during on-call time, and I thought about whether my baby in my stomach would be miscarried while pressing my chest, but before I was a mother, I was a doctor, so I decided to focus on treatment now Fortunately, after the patient survived, I went into the on-call room after a long treatment and cried for hours because I felt guilty as a mother to the baby in my stomach, and I didn’t even talk to my family about it because I was worried
(2)I’ve produced 5,000 doctors every year, and at least one of them wants to live like me. If the number of doctors increases, will there be a lot of doctors who will support pediatric and adolescent care
