(16)○ An offender or his/her guardian who is opposed to a measure taken by the head of a district office of education pursuant to Article 17 (1) may request an administrative trial pursuant to Article 27 of the Administrative Trial Act within 90 days from the date of learning that there is a disposition or within 180 days from the date of the disposition. In Article 17-2 of the Act on the Prevention and Countermeasures of School Violence, the Administrative Trial Committee of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education 02-1396 wwimpangokr○ may file an administrative lawsuit under Article 20 of the Administrative Litigation Act within 90 days from the date of knowing the disposition or within one year from the date of the disposition.
