Controversy over the 700 million local housing association apartment in Ulsan

Please publicize the reality of a local housing association apartment in Jung-gu, Ulsan

The local housing association was first established in 2014 and is expected to move in at the end of October this year

For nearly a decade, intermediate payments, interest, and additional surcharges have been incurred, but union members have tried to endure the pain of cutting off blood and flesh to somehow complete the apartment

However, in April, the union leader and the contractor demanded an additional 120 million won for each household in the name of delayed construction due to rising raw material prices and the strike of the construction union of the Ukraine War, and the subsequent increase in loan interest

After that, even though I made it clear that there was no additional contribution, the record was recorded. In September, about a month before the completion of the project, we demanded 106 million won for the additional contribution due to the increase in construction costs

The first apartment sale price is about 450 million won, plus the first additional contribution of 120 million won, the second additional contribution of 160 million won, and the additional registration tax, which will be added after that, is over 700 million won

Can you believe the sale price of 700 million apartments of 34 pyeong in Ulsan, where there is no subway, not in Seoul or the metropolitan area

Since there is no subway in Ulsan, there is no concept of station influence, so the school district has the most impact on apartment prices, but in the case of this apartment, there is no elementary, middle, or high school walkable

It’s ridiculous that an apartment in a rural area with no station or school district costs 700 million

In the case of this apartment, there was a lot of contribution due to the unsold shopping mall because it was a residential and commercial complex, but there are 99 shopping malls in a residential and commercial complex Twenty-six of them were sold and the union members were responsible for all the remaining unsold shopping malls, but I don’t understand that the first construction company in charge of design and construction does not take any responsibility

Even if it’s a 700 million-won apartment, if the materials inside are luxurious and well-built, I’ll try to understand it even if I’m not convinced, but after a recent preliminary inspection, I felt like I lost a ray of hope in a very messy state

All the finishes were messed up, and the boiler walls of the apartment that hadn’t moved in were full of cracks

Even though the construction work is full of defects, the construction company is still unable to cut any additional contributions

If I can turn back time, I want to go back to 10 years ago before I joined the union
