Is the vacant apartment space included in the exclusive area?

There’s an A, B, and CD type apartment that I’m going to move in.

There are four. The area is similar.

One type has a lot of empty spaces.

Do you treat the space as a dedicated area?

I’m going to skip it because I lost a lot of floor space.
