KBS’s recent status released as a result of the first complete survey of the nation’s villa king.

According to a joint follow-up by KBS and Yonsei University’s research team, it appears to be linked to a fraudulent organization.

For the first time, we have confirmed the existence of 176 malicious renters. This is the exclusive report by Han Woo-ul.

This is Shin, who is behind the villa king in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, who was reported by KBS in January.

He led a chariot with seven Villa kings.

Mostly, they put the kings of villas in new villas to buy dozens of them, and then rent them expensive, and then they took out the deposit.

Typical of charter fraud.

There are some things in common with landlords on these Villa King documents.

They often share the same building with other villa kings, and they bought dozens of them in a few months.

The seven members of Shin’s organization, the villa king, all owned more than 50 houses.

Based on these commonalities, we tracked down how many Villa kings there were across the country.

First, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s building ledger selected multiple tenants with more than 50 houses.

We selected tenants who shared villas or officetels in the same building.

This is the complete network. In the middle of the network, we see a series of interconnected renters.

It’s about 580 people.

On the outskirts, there are renters who have shared the building once or twice, which is a coincidence.

But the more you get to the center of the network, the more it’s out of range of coincidence. The more buildings you buy, the more overlapping it looks.

In the middle of this network, we see a group of people united together.

That’s 176.

I looked at who they were, and here are all the dead Villa kings who drew social attention to the lease fraud at the end of last year.

And the seven people that Shin had behind the villa king that I mentioned earlier.

All 24 Villa kings currently under investigation by authorities for charter fraud are in here.

We shared the same villa with at least 14 people and at most 148 people.

That’s how close the relationship is.

According to a joint analysis with Yonsei University’s sociology research team, KBS Exploration and Information Department defines these 176 people as villas, malicious renters related to charter fraud organizations.

It’s significant that we’ve identified other renters who can reasonably doubt that they’re in the same core group.

The 176 renters linked to fraudulent organizations have an average of 153 units and 26,000 units per person.

Most of them are likely already tinned houses.
