(3)Oh Kwon-chul, a 13th deputy judge at the Seoul Northern District Court, held a sentencing hearing for Don Spike, who was arrested and indicted on charges of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at 10 a.m. on the 9th.In the previous final hearing, the prosecution demanded a five-year prison term.
(4)Don Spike is accused of buying methamphetamine worth about 45 million won on nine occasions and administering methamphetamine on a total of 14 occasions, including five co-doses, and of giving methamphetamine and ecstasy on seven occasions and possessing methamphetamine worth about 20 grams. 20g of methamphetamine is about 667 times based on 003g, which is usually taken once.
(5)Don Spike was arrested for taking and possessing methamphetamine at a hotel in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at 8 p.m. on September 26 last year. Two days after his arrest, he admitted to taking drugs and said he would be paid for it, but the Seoul Northern District Court issued an arrest warrant.
