University of Virginia police said the suspect was 22-year-old Christopher Darnell Jones Jr., who was arrested for shooting at fellow students on campus
Three people were killed and two others were injured in the incident
The three men were identified as Lavel Davis Jr., a member of the University of Virginia football team, and Devin Chandler, Devin Chandler’s edition ferry DSean Perry
According to the University of Virginia football team, Jones Jr. was a member of the football team in 2018
However, he has never played in a real game and is said to have been on the team for at least a year
