This is a notice posted on the fifth floor of a commercial building near my house
It’s a busy intersection building, and the first floor is a bird safe
The rest of the floors are hospitals, pharmacies, etc
There’s a person who throws trash in the flower bed in front of the safe
I think I attached it, but I read it a few times and it was ridiculous
It’s a mess in front of your store, so throw it in the sidewalk a little further
I’m not sure if I understood it. How do you see it?
