The Prime Minister’s Office said in a press notice that day, “We regret that some surveys continue to include the Prime Minister in the Seoul mayoral election poll despite requests not to include him.”
He continued, “Even though there are other candidates who are already competitive, continuing to include him in the investigation against his will is highly inappropriate and has crossed the gold limit for the investigative agency,” and added, “We again strongly request that the Prime Minister not be included in the investigation related to the Seoul mayor.”
