ETA is a music video in collaboration with Apple (iPhone).
A music video containing parts that were not confirmed by Apple was uploaded under the name of Director’s Cut.
Afterwards, Apple asked to take it down + Since Adore owns the copyright to the New Jeans music video, Adore asked Dolphin Kidnapping Group to take down the music video.
The Dolphin Kidnapping Team (directed by Shin Woo-seok) refuted that Adore was instigating it.
Adore is suing the Dolphin Kidnapping Team and Director Shin Woo-seok for damages.

The court ruled that the dolphin kidnapping group must pay Adore 1 billion won plus interest on delays.
However, the claim for damages against director Shin Woo-seok was dismissed.
