It is very similar to Ottogi yellow curry powder.
As you probably already know, there are various types of yellow peppers, from sweet to very spicy. As expected, the yellow pepper powder being sold also has various levels of spiciness – but it seems to be less spicy and more spicy (or not).
I was wondering if anyone had made curry with this.
