A Japan Travel Cafe member purchased a 600,000 won flight ticket from Agoda. The fare was clearly 600,000 won right before payment, but after payment, 1.2 million won was paid.
When I asked to cancel, they said they could only refund 630,000 won.
When I reported it to the Fair Trade Commission’s Social Security Office, it was determined that it was an act of deception.
Agoda said they would give me a refund just this time, as if I were being generous.
Everyone is burning that they never use Agoda.
I originally used Agoda when making hotel reservations, but now I’m scared that I’ll never use Agoda again.
