Coupang) How have you been doing business so far?

I knew about the concept of Coupang Center and Camp, but there was something called Base Camp.

These serve as neighborhood-level warehouses, and some are located downtown or near residential areas.

For some reason, when I typed Coupang Camp on the map, it came up.

The problem is that these base camps are located near schools, such as school zones.

It is most likely illegal. This is because the environment in which trucks come and go to transport logistics is a risk factor in school zones or near residences.

According to the current law, warehouses can only be built in industrial and commercial districts.

In order to allow quick transport of small and light cargo, the law was revised to allow order delivery facilities to be located near residential areas.

There are suspicions that Coupang took advantage of this to register its warehouse as an order delivery facility and do business there.

In addition, the purpose of the legislation is to allow light transportation below two-wheelers, not full-scale cargo trucks.

There must be dozens or hundreds of such base camps across the country, so what would be the repercussions if such suspicions of illegality/expediency were to be found to be true?
