Obviously, the guy who was the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, who was struggling with the price of rice a while ago, suddenly became the Minister of National Defense. It doesn’t seem like expertise matters one bit. They’re just on my side and if it’s popular, they’ll rewrite it.
