The Supreme Court granted ICE the authority to stop and arrest people based on race in the Los Angeles area.

At the same time, the requirements were briefly set.

– ICE can stop individuals who have ‘reasonable suspicion’ that they are illegal immigrants and only ask for proof of identity.

– Circumstances constituting ‘reasonable suspicion’:

1. There is an extremely large number and percentage of illegal immigrants in the area.

2. It is a place where many illegal immigrants visit, such as day laborers.

3. He is of Central and South American descent and does not speak English well.
