
Chunjang was stir-fried.
I sautéed it for a long time to cook the potatoes, and the onions were all melted.
I learned my lesson by adding the potatoes earlier next time.
I recently started dabbling in cooking.
This is surprisingly fun
I’m still training on just the basic menu items, including kimchi stew, curry, black bean paste, spaghetti, and kimchi pancake.
Except for the kimchi pancake, everything came out pretty edible.
