It’s a spicy taste that’s quite different from the spicy taste of pepper and garlic that Koreans are used to, so it’s a taste I like, but now it feels like it’s well established as a steady seller.
Personally, at first, I thought it would become a popular food like Tanghulu, but now I think it has become a Chinese food with the same level of recognition as Sweet and Sour Pork and Kkanpunggi.
