Two days off, jogging and mistakes

Due to hiking and cold weather

I came out after two days of rest.

Obviously when running

My pace felt like early 8 minutes.

After it was over, I saw

It was close to 9 minutes.

So

Did my body become like this after two days of rest?

Well, I thought that could be the case.

When I came home, I saw

“Set a record by running indoors.”

I measured the distance

It was 8.8 km

I converted the face again.

It came out to be 8 minutes and 05 seconds.

The feel and actual face are similar.

It’s amazing haha
