Misunderstanding about the name of Dubai chocolate ingredient ”Kadaif”

It’s not a word without kadaif, so I looked it up and found that the meaning is distinct.

* Kadaif (Kataifi): ‘Noodles (ingredient)’ made from wheat flour dough pulled out like a thin skein.

* Kunafa (Knafeh): A dessert made by adding cheese, nuts, cream, etc. to kadaif noodles, baking them, and then drizzling them with syrup.

Since the symbolic main ingredient of kunafa is kadaif, it is not necessary to express it separately.

In terms of cultural context, it is said that local people use the name Kunapa as a pronoun that encompasses even the ingredients.

It would be good to understand that this culture exists and use it.
