It is a well-known fact that fleeces are being distributed instead of the rugs we already knew.
The new winter clothing is somewhat benchmarked against the US military’s ECWCS system.
(Not a one-to-one correspondence, but only for reference)
Oh, and this black supplied Loka padding that was given to you to wear over your daily clothes is now outdated.
