I’m okay with mixed grains and I didn’t like the dryness of beans, but I eat soybean rice because it’s good for my health.
Then, I saw on a TV show that oats were good, so I switched to oat rice for a while.
My mom said she saw it on TV and made it in a ratio of 8 rice to 2 oats.
Wow. It’s really so delicious
The unique flavor, the texture that pops in your mouth every time you chew, and the feeling that your health is really improving, perhaps because of your mood.
So, I take charge of the rice, and I just buy rice (Shin Dong-jin variety) and oats (from Russia) separately and provide them.
We continued to increase the oat ratio from 2 -> 3 -> 4.
I was still okay with it, but when the oat ratio reached around 4, I started getting complaints about whether this was human food or livestock feed.
People say they can’t eat it because it’s too tough, so when I eat it with my family, I keep it at an oat ratio of 3.
Now, every time I eat, I tell my mom why oats are good for the body.
But now my mom grumbles that humans eat rice and oats are eaten by animals.
