On Thursday, December 4th, my nephew, a 1st grade elementary school student, met with several 6th grade students (some of whom were identified).
An incident occurred in which a group of students, some of whom appeared to be middle school students, were assaulted.
He dragged his nephew out and tackled him because he entered the soccer field.
Throwing them, stepping on their feet to prevent them from escaping, or lifting them like a load and breaking them.
They used violence by throwing kickboards, taunting and hitting people, throwing them upside down, pulling them and even grabbing them by the collar.
As a result of our family checking the CCTV,
A scene is clearly filmed in which about 10 people surround a first-grade elementary school child and commit violence.
Considering that the situation is very serious,
A formal complaint has now been filed with the police.
Since there are multiple students involved, their identities are being confirmed by the police.
However, the offending students and their guardians
He denies it, saying “I don’t remember” and “I never hit him.”
All scenes remain on CCTV.
A first-grade elementary school child suffered a great psychological shock.
Currently, I am experiencing symptoms of trauma and am considering treatment.
In particular, the apartment management office
They are refusing to check additional CCTV.
Parents are even denied the opportunity to verify the exact facts of the case.
I also want to check whether there are CCTV cameras in blind spots in my apartment.
This part is also not receiving cooperation.
This is a situation where the rights of victims are being completely ignored.
Even though a group assault targeting a young student occurred within an apartment complex,
Concerns about secondary damage are growing due to the management’s lukewarm response.
I am posting this to raise awareness of the seriousness of the incident.
It would be of great help if it became public and more people became aware of the situation and shared advice or experiences.
I’m posting this because it’s a big community.
The author is a child victim. This is my aunt
I checked the CCTV myself.
