A while ago, I uploaded a photo and video of the hole inside the wheel house.

To summarize

Water pooling inside the car trunk (inside the left fender)

Trunk won’t open or close – due to burnt wiring and software paralysis issue

I received it from KCC Geumcheon Service Center.

For two months, they said they couldn’t find the cause and that they could fix it once they found the cause.

It took a long time, but on the second month, they suddenly said there was a hole inside the wheel house.

This is a sign of repairs done by an outside company. The hole was created while dents were being made.

After being convinced themselves, they ruled that warranty repairs were not possible.

I have never had any external repairs done. After an accident, I always take it to the Mercedes-Benz service center.

I claimed several times that it was repaired, and even the advisor acknowledged that.

Even though he said he knew by checking the accident history of my car,

The situation is that they just say no because the wheel house is perforated.

Since the dealer I purchased it from is Hansung, it was also delivered to the Hansung Service Center.

I think we’ll end up deciding that we can’t do it in the end.

I reported it to the Consumer Agency and they said I received the same response in the end.

What’s even funnier is that I was like, oh, I’m never going to drive a Benz again.

I went to a private maintenance company, and the company owners were angrier than me.

There is no trace of the paint or sheet metal at all, so why is this not covered under warranty?

(The point here is that no repairs, be it dents or anything, have ever been done outside.

It is. Because I’m a woman, I’m scared of going to a car center. I’m afraid I’ll get hit in the eye.

If you have an accident, even if the insurance representative tells you to take it to a car center you know well,

I am the one who inevitably brings it to the Mercedes-Benz service center.)

If it were me, I would get this repaired under warranty somehow.

The bosses of two private companies have already said the same thing.

(Some bosses even contacted me the next day and asked people around me if everything was resolved well.

I asked everyone about it and they said of course this needs to be repaired under warranty.

Be more enthusiastic than me and make sure to come and talk to me.

He was even more angry than me, the person involved, saying he thought I had made a fool of myself just because I was a woman.)

In fact, the response from the KCC Geumcheon Service Center where I first received the product was so absurd.

Honestly, I have a very strong suspicion that a hole was intentionally made there.

There is no evidence. I try not to think about it that way.

No, if you spray water once or twice at any maintenance center, you will see where and how the water flows.

If you look closely, you will know why water stagnation occurs.

After waiting for two months, he suddenly said, ‘There’s a hole~~ No~~~ You dug this hole.’

It’s a situation where I can’t even understand this context.

All I can think of is that I didn’t find the cause, but created the cause myself.

On the advice of the private center owner, I asked for both repair CCTV footage and work instructions.

As expected, the video will not be visible even if you die.

These days, there’s a lot of talk about Mercedes Benz and cars being damaged at service centers.

I can’t believe it even more because so many incidents have been discovered.

If anyone has ever had a dispute like this with a service center, please give me some advice.
