A Korean man in his 20s was arrested by local police for attempting to film up the skirt of a woman in her 60s at a commercial facility in Tsushima, Japan.
Mr. A is accused of trying to film a woman in her 60s by holding something like a cell phone under the skirt of a woman in her 60s who was looking at products on display at a commercial facility in Izuhara-cho, Tsushima-shi, Nagasaki Prefecture, at around 5:45 p.m. on the 4th of last month.
Mr. A is said to have been behaving suspiciously at this commercial facility for a few days.
