Take off your junior’s pants and insert tools… He was handed over to the prosecution for sexual exploitation, but the school violence committee is in trouble.

It was revealed that a high school student who committed sexual violence against a junior member of the sports team was sentenced to only four hours of school volunteer work.

JTBC’s ‘Incidence Chief’ broadcast on the 26th and reported on a sexual assault incident that occurred at a high school in Daejeon.

According to this, Victim A suffered sexual violence while attending a local training camp last January. A drinking party was held at the dorm led by the captain of the sports team, and the captain suggested to the juniors, “Let’s play a game of kings.”

As the level of the game increased, Team A tried to break away. However, the captain insisted, “If you do not do it properly, you will have to pay a fine of 100,000 won.” Eventually, he became the ‘king’ and had another student insert a tool into Mr. A’s buttocks. He filmed this with his cell phone and showed it to the other student.

The claimant also committed sexual violence against Person A last April. During the training camp, he called Mr. A to his dormitory and offered to give him a massage, then removed his pants and inserted a tool into his buttocks. He also had a female student who was with him film the incident with her cell phone.

The incident came to light last September when Person A reported the damage to his parents. Group A’s parents sued the assailant, and the Office of Education opened a school violence response committee. However, the school violence committee gave the offending student a relatively light punishment of 4 hours of school service (disposition 3).

First, the School Violence Committee did not judge the sexual violence that occurred during the King Game as school violence, saying, “It was a game played with mutual consent, and it is difficult to say that the level of behavior exceeded the acceptable level.”

The sexual violence that occurred during the massage and the act of distributing the video were judged to be school violence, but this decision was made considering the fact that △ it was not continuous and unintentional, and △ the perpetrator acknowledged his actions and was very reflective.

However, unlike the school violence committee’s decision, the police sent the offending student to the prosecution on charges of producing and distributing sexually exploitative material, considering the seriousness of the case.

Boy A’s mother said, “My child did not trust the coach, director, or school, and I was so disappointed that even the Office of Education was like this. We have never received an apology. “I don’t know if he’s reflecting on it, but how did such a decision come about?” he pointed out.

He said, “The offending student has never apologized (to Mr. A). I just said it was a joke. “I can’t even remember properly,” he complained.

The mother claimed that the school seemed to be trying to cover up the incident because the assailant was an “ace” athlete. In fact, it has been reported that the student who committed the crime recently won the triple crown at a national competition and has confirmed a contract with the city hall team for next year.

No, the perpetrator never apologized to the victim, and even though the perpetrator told the court that he was reflecting, they are punishing him with 4 hours of school volunteer work.
