The base is green onion garlic.

Of course, no cooking oil is added.

The spices are cumin, pepper, Cheongyang red pepper powder, and peperoncino.

Oh, and tofu noodles too.

It’s a struggle to eat just one meal a day and eat the calories I need to eat haha.

It’s harder than you think to fill up on calories without carbohydrates and sugar.
