Aging rate by administrative district in China

The lowest aging rate is Tibet at 6.3%.

The region with the highest aging rate is Liaoning at 21.9%.

Next is Shanghai 20.25%

Korea is at 20.3%, similar to Shanghai.

I heard that the low birth rate and aging population in the Northeast 3 provinces is serious, but I never thought it would be like this ;;
