Changes in population trends in Seoul

In the early 1990s, the population of Seoul already exceeded 10 million (the population of South Korea at the time was around 40 million).

Some people say that the concentration of population in Seoul is due to the Democratic Party. Rather, the population has decreased in recent years.

Of course, political inclinations may differ and each may have its own opinions.
