Korean health insurance is a loss for the middle class and above.

You can get surgery as quickly as in Korea, and the insurance coverage for new drugs is much wider than that of Korean health insurance. Above all, it is cheaper to sign up for expensive premium insurance in the United States than to get ripped off in Korea.
