[Exclusive] Ham Eun-jung and director Kim Byeong-woo get married on November 30th

[At Style Reporter Hwang Yeon-do] Actress Ham Eun-jung, formerly of T-ara, will marry film director Kim Byeong-woo at a hotel in Seoul on November 30.

The two met at a gathering of acquaintances in the film industry and continued their relationship for several years before tying the knot. The two, who have grown in love based on empathy and respect for each other’s work, are said to be holding a quiet wedding with only family and acquaintances invited.

Ham Eun-jung, who debuted as a child actor in 1995, began her full-time idol career as a member of the girl group T-ara in 2009 and rose to the top of the music industry with hits such as ‘Bo Peep Bo Peep’, ‘Roly-Poly’, and ‘Lovey-Dovey’.

The groom-to-be, director Kim Byeong-woo, is a talented director who garnered attention by sweeping the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best New Director and the Baeksang Arts Awards for his 2013 film ‘The Terror Live’. He has developed a unique world of directing through works such as ‘PMC: The Bunker’ and ‘Omniscient Reader’s Perspective’, and is scheduled to release the Netflix sci-fi disaster film ‘The Great Flood’ on December 19th.
