Trying to talk on the phone while walking down the street?

I can’t do it because my hands are cold.

Even if I wear touch gloves, the touch sensitivity is so bad that I practically can’t do it…

I have gloves with only the fingerprint area cut out. Do you think it would be better if I wear something like that?
