The police launched an investigation after the body of a kitten with its head missing was found in a residential area in downtown Incheon.
According to the Gyeyang Police Station on the 12th, at 4:40 p.m. on this day, a kitten was found abandoned with its head cut off at a bare land near a villa in Bakchon-dong, Gyeyang-gu.
“There is a snow 112 report received.
The resident who found the cat corpse said, “There is no space around here to take care of the cat, so someone is telling me not to take care of the cat.
“I think they did this on purpose to send a message.”
The police who reported the case are tracking down the suspect who killed Catryul through eyewitness statements and closed-circuit (CCTV) footage surrounding the scene:
A police official said, “If it is recognized that someone intentionally killed a cat and damaged its body, they will be booked for violating the Animal Protection Act.”
