Mr. A is suspected of driving a vehicle while drunk on a road in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon at around 12:40 pm on the 1st and crashing into a car in front of him.

Immediately after the accident, Mr. A said through a live broadcast on SNS, “I drove drunk,” “(the victim) tried to extort money,” and “I will not reach an agreement with (the victim).”

He also said, “I won’t pay the money (fine) to the country, but I won’t pay the trash (victim) couple,” or “I’ll just kill the one who already fucked me.”

In the live broadcast, the police who responded to the victim’s 112 call and conducted a breathalyzer test on Mr. A was also broadcast live.

At the time of the accident, Mr. A’s blood alcohol content was 0.233%, which was a level that resulted in his license being revoked.
