Colonel B attempted to sexually assault Lieutenant A, using physical force when he was returning to his quarters.
Lieutenant A strongly refused, saying, “Stop. I am only three years older than the former commander’s daughter. Don’t you have a wife, too?” But Colonel B’s actions continued, and Lieutenant A ran away without even being able to put on his shoes properly.
According to the counseling center, Colonel B later recorded himself interrogating the executives attending the company dinner as if Lieutenant A had seduced him while drunk. Lieutenant A claimed that he learned of this secondary assault through executives who were under pressure from Colonel B.
