The only place where I can communicate is Oigal, so I am trying to muster up the courage to leave this for diet motivation and records.

Bicycle for 1 hour before work + walk 10,000 steps after work (since I have an office job, I walk an additional 5,000 steps during work hours)
As of about 15 hours after taking the medication before going to work, there are no side effects at all.
There was a slight headache and nausea for 1-2 hours after administration, but it disappeared completely after lunch.
Even on an empty stomach in the morning, I did not feel very hungry and felt about 1/3 full.
Right before I started eating, I smelled food right in front of me, so it was only then that I started to have an appetite.

After eating about half, I was already full and my eating speed naturally slowed down. After eating one meal like that, I feel full.
It felt like I went to a buffet and ate as much as I wanted. Normally, I would feel hungry even after eating, but it was surprising.
I don’t feel particularly hungry until now, when it’s time to get hungry after work.
Originally, I would naturally crave late-night snacks and order them, but now I don’t really have much of an appetite.
It’s not that your appetite disappears completely, but it’s usually difficult to control your food, so you habitually eat snacks or late-night snacks.
After taking the medication, my appetite didn’t increase much, it changed to something I could tolerate, and I couldn’t think about food much.
There were many times when I craved certain foods with irritating tastes, but it suppressed this false appetite to a large extent.
Even if you don’t eat it, it doesn’t really matter.
For example, in a game, it feels like a subtle passive skill is turned on rather than a strong active skill.
