The number of young people who ‘just rested’ without working or looking for work last month reached an all-time high as of July.

According to the National Statistical Office on the 18th, the number of young people (ages 15 to 29) who were ‘relaxed’ in July was 443,000, an increase of 42,000 from the same month last year.
