Woman in her 30s dies alone in semi-basement in Seoul

Kim, a 38-year-old woman, was discovered by the police a week after she died on June 1. By the time the police arrived to search the house after a neighbor reported that there was a “strong smell,” Mr. Kim was already dead. Due to her decomposition, the cause of her death is unknown, but it is reported that the possibility that Kim died of starvation cannot be ruled out based on traces of her life and the condition of her home.
