The store where the incident occurred is Isesada, an eel restaurant located on the basement level of Keikyu Department Store in Yokohama.An epidemiological investigation is being conducted at the local public health center.
The company in question, Isesada, has been suspended from business on the 29th.
The investigation revealed that the cooking staff at the time appeared to have cooked the food without wearing gloves according to the manual.
