If the judiciary had properly punished the 2nd and 3rd Miryang group rapes, young people wouldn’t do something like this. If you look at the Guggul group rape case, it’s surprising that they are all high school students and the son of a city council member was found not guilty. I don’t know how the Supreme Court will come out, but it’s even worse that there are victims and there are no perpetrators. Surprisingly, is Korea a city prone to rape?
