I tried to make stew before going to bed.

After boiling it all, the sour taste was too strong.

I was thinking, ‘I don’t know,’ but when I added a little sugar, it surprisingly took on a sour taste.

Does the original sweetness offset the sourness?

P.S. I’ll leave it like this and buy some green onions during the day and chop it up.

The green onions fell off and I ended up with a stew without green onions.
