Mr. A passed the police exam in June 2024 and entered the Central Police Academy as a new police trainee.

About a week after entering the school, Mr. A swore at Mr. B, a fellow trainee who was sharing the same living room, while talking on the phone because he came into the living room about 5 minutes late, and from then on, he started harassing Mr. B every day.

For about a month, Mr. A taunted Mr. B with profanity, saying on average 10 times a day, “If we met in high school, you were just a staircase,” and “I can use all my connections to bully you,” and when they ran into each other in the passageway of the living room, they pulled the back of the neck or intentionally bumped each other on the shoulder for blocking the path.

In front of fellow trainees, he grabbed Mr. B by the collar or hit his back with his palm, and even took drinks and food from Mr. B’s cupboard at will.

Ultimately, this fact was discovered by the school, and Mr. A was expelled from school three months after entering the school.

However, Mr. A filed an administrative lawsuit against the school, saying, “The swearing was a joke and the assault was minor, so expulsion from school was unfair,” but the court did not accept it.

The charges are true
